Hi, I’m Carrie — a graphic designer who specializes in solving creative problems and making ideas easier to understand.
Whether it’s a presentation that isn’t landing, marketing materials that feel disconnected, or visuals that just aren’t doing what they need to do, I focus on creating clear, thoughtful design that actually works. I’m drawn to projects where ideas need structure, where information needs to be communicated clearly, and where design plays a real role in how something is understood.
I believe great design does more than look good. It communicates clearly, connects with people, and supports real goals. (That said, I’ll admit I’ve absolutely bought something just because the packaging was good—so I don’t take that power lightly.)
My work spans a wide range of visual design, including print and digital marketing collateral, presentation design, social media content, photography, and production-ready print materials. I create everything from day-to-day assets to more structured visual systems, with a focus on consistency, clarity, and strong communication across platforms.
I’m comfortable taking projects from concept through final execution—developing ideas, refining layouts, and preparing files for production while ensuring everything translates cleanly across both digital and physical formats. With a strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, I approach each project with both creative flexibility and attention to detail.
I’ve worked across industries including education, healthcare, retail, law firms, music and more. I’m especially comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and timelines are tight. Balancing multiple projects, adapting quickly, and maintaining a high level of organization are all part of how I work.
I earned my BS in Visual Communication Design from West Liberty University and my MFA in Media Design from Full Sail University, where I developed a strong foundation in both creative thinking and practical application across print and digital platforms.
I take my work seriously, but I don’t believe the process has to feel rigid. I value collaboration, clear communication, and creating work that not only looks good—but works. Good work comes from trust, clarity, and, occasionally, a little bit of humor along the way.
