Excerpts from a booklet I designed as part of my capstone project at West Liberty University. The booklet provides an intimate glimpse into my creative process. It documents the step-by-step progression, from initial concept ideation to experimentation with different materials and techniques, all while capturing my thoughts, inspirations, and reflections along the way. This booklet invites viewers to delve into my creative process and appreciate the powerful interplay of the color theory in the visual narrative presented in the exhibition.

This promotional graphic was created to announce the release of Nights Like These, a limited 7” vinyl by hardcore band DRAIN, distributed by HardLore Records and Epitaph Records. The design highlights all three vinyl variants and album artwork, blending energetic band photography with bold, distressed typography to match the band’s raw aesthetic. The graphic was published across the social media platforms of HardLore Records, Epitaph Records, and DRAIN’s official accounts.

Promotional graphic created for hardcore band Firestarter to announce the release of their debut 12” EP. The design highlights the different vinyl colorways available, paired with a dynamic live shot to capture the raw energy of the band. To match the aggressive, DIY spirit of hardcore, I incorporated heavy grain, gritty textures, and folded paper overlays, giving the piece a worn, tactile feel that resonates with the band’s straight-edge identity and underground aesthetic.

I created this comprehensive brand booklet from the ground up for Lock-N-Load Coffee Co., a veteran-supporting, tactical-themed coffee brand. My responsibilities included writing all written content, photographing a selection of the product imagery, and designing the full layout. The booklet establishes brand tone and messaging, logo usage guidelines, color and typography systems, packaging standards, marketing strategy, and wholesale ordering policies. Every element was designed to reflect the brand’s rugged, high-impact identity and communicate a strong, consistent presence across print and digital platforms.

This brochure was created to promote The Center of Music and Art's Pro Audio Installation services. The design adheres to the brand's guidelines, incorporating their logo, color palette, and font styles to ensure a cohesive and professional look. The layout is clean and visually appealing, with a focus on highlighting the key features and benefits of the services offered. The brochure includes high-quality images, concise text, and clear calls to action, effectively communicating the value of the Pro Audio Installation services to potential clients.

Billboard design created to promote seasonal sales for The Center of Music and Art in Wintersville, OH. I designed the entire layout and photographed the featured guitar to highlight the store’s boutique inventory. The bold typography and high-contrast color palette ensure maximum visibility and quick readability for drivers, while the custom photography reinforces authenticity and brand identity. By blending striking visuals with clear messaging, this piece delivers an eye-catching call to action that reflects the store’s energy and appeal to local musicians.

Informational brochure design for Enlighten Aesthetics located in Elm Grove, WV. The use of subtle pink and brown tones adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to the brochure, appealing to both men and women seeking quality aesthetic services.

I designed the full layout to emphasize brand recognition and product visibility, featuring a bold color scheme of black, red, and white that reflects the company’s strong brand identity. The clean structure, distressed typography, and prominent product imagery ensure the message is immediately clear and legible for drivers, while maintaining a rugged aesthetic consistent with the brand.

The purpose of this project is to raise awareness about the negative consequences of heroin addiction, and inspire individuals to seek help and support. The design of the booklet aims to convey the harsh reality of addiction by use of a simple, yet bold color palette and harsh angles and shapes to visually represent the devastating effects of heroin addiction.
